Contributing to Fibromyalgia Education and Research

The Fibromyalgia Information Foundation is a non-profit organization registered in the State of Oregon under the
name of the Oregon Fibromyalgia Foundation. The upkeep of this website, our educational DVDs and FM related
meetings is dependent on an all volunteer group of health professionals dedicated to providing unbiased and
up-to-date information about fibromyalgia and its management.
If you would like to help us continue with this service we would appreciate your contribution. The Oregon Fibromyalgia Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 charitable organization and all contributions are tax deductible (Tax id # 93-1186118).
