Janice Hoffman
 

Ms. Hoffman is the exercise physiology advisor for the Fibromyalgia Information Foundation. She is a certified Clinical Exercise Specialist, Personal Trainer, and Group Exercise Leader with 18 years experience as a fitness professional. She has been a faculty member with the American Council on Exercise since 1996, providing Comprehensive Group Fitness and Native American Fitness Leadership training seminars for ACE.  

Janice choreographed and instructed the Cardio Aerobics, Stretch and Relaxation, and Strength and Balance fibromyalgia fitness videos for the Fibromyalgia Information Foundation. Janice has presented critical information on correct exercise technique for FM clients at local and national chronic pain medical conferences, and currently provides FM-specific exercise classes in Portland, OR.

Janice works as a Research Assistant for the Oregon Health & Science University Fibromyalgia Research and Treatment Team. She also provides weekly FM-specific exercise classes in several Portland, OR locations.
